We Support You With:
Coaching for Leaders & Leadership Teams
In order to work effectively, leadership teams, including the C-suite, VPs, and board, must understand inclusion best practices and how to motivate their employees. They must also act harmoniously as a unit, working towards priorities and against challenges. Together through leadership coaching, we’ll work through action-oriented topics customized to meet your team’s unique growth opportunities, such as:
- Ensuring Psychological Safety: Creating a safe and inclusive environment for team members to share ideas and feedback.
- Scenario-Based Situations and Resolution: Crafting strategies and scripts to handle real-life challenges.
- Creating, Leading, and Retaining High-Performing Teams: Strategies for building and managing teams effectively.
- Battling Bias: Recognizing and addressing unconscious biases that may affect decision-making and collaboration.
- Giving and Receiving Feedback: Techniques for effectively delivering constructive feedback.
- Communication & Conversation Best Practices: Enhancing communication skills for inclusive and effective interactions.
- Mastering Inclusive Leadership Core Competencies: Developing key competencies for inclusive leadership.
- Culture Strategy Sessions: Track progress on culture KPIs (turnover of key talent, psychological safety pulse surveys) and refine the roadmap. Our experts can help you integrate psychological safety goals into executive scorecards, board updates, or town halls.
We provide both group coaching for a collaborative learning environment and individual coaching, which is ideal for focusing on personalized leadership challenges.
Coaching for People Managers
In today’s business world, being a true leader means managing people – not projects. In order to be an effective manager, you need to be an empathetic leader, one who pays attention to the needs of their team. To level up your leadership skills, we can focus on topics such as:
- Fostering psychological safety on your team
- Leading with empathy and compassion
- Giving and receiving inclusive feedback
- Active listening
- Conflict resolution
- Inclusive Performance Reviews
For a group-based approach, we offer Manager Peer Circles, which are small cohorts where managers can practice conflict scenarios, share real-time issues, and exchange feedback in a safe environment with our experts.
For an individual approach, we also offer Manager Assist. Through a collaborative phone consultation, Manager Assist can provide specialized support and tools to help with the more challenging aspects of managing people, as well as building a high-performing team. A specialist can advise on handling issues such as:
- Addressing low performance – Poor performance is often a symptom of an underlying cause. We help the manager get to the root of the problem.
- Informing associates of layoff or dismissal – We guide managers to a fair and compassionate approach, while monitoring the effects of delivering the news.
- Motivating individuals and teams – Finding the best motivational approach and becoming good at it can make a world of difference.
- Recognizing signs of troubled associates – Managers are often in a position to sense issues early. We help them know what to look for and what to do.
- Resolving a conflict between associates – No conflict is alike. Our counselors give tools and advice on how to resolve various types of disputes.
- Transitioning to/from a remote or hybrid environment – People adapt to change differently, and special circumstances require unique problem solving.
Coaching for Individual Contributors and Frontline Employees
Our Individual Contributor Coaching Services empower frontline staff and employees with the confidence and skills to foster psychological safety in their daily interactions. Through personalized guidance, practical exercises, and peer learning, employees learn how to:
- Speak up and share ideas in a way that drives action.
- Provide constructive feedback to managers and colleagues.
- Navigate workplace challenges with confidence and inclusion.
- Support peers in building a culture of trust and collaboration.
Through Peer Discussion Groups, employees engage in small-group conversations led by our experts to share real-world experiences, build allyship, and practice new strategies in a safe space.
For individual support, employees can also receive access to our EAP services for confidential phone consultations with our clinicians that provide emotional support for any situation.
